If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your timepiece in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or contact customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the provided prepaid insured shipping label to the outer shipping carton, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our master watchmakers will inspect the piece. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
